This year: Out on the Bear River this month, the water has been running clear. Fishing has been good. For March, the average flow at the Idaho-Utah State Line was around 624 CFS, with flows fluctuating between 505 and 842 CFS. That's up from last month's average of 469 CFS, which saw flows between 377 and 648 CFS. Fish have been eating a little bit of everything, so don't be afraid to try a few different approaches.
