Wonder Nymph

The Wonder Nymph, crafted by the late Brad "Dubbs" Downey—owner of Angler's Edge in Fort Smith, Montana—is a renowned pattern among anglers on the Bighorn River. Designed to imitate emerging Pale Morning Duns (PMDs) and Baetis mayflies, this nymph is particularly effective during these hatches.

To maintain the pattern within the water's surface film, we recommend applying a powder flotant rather than a wet application as it will not weight down the fly.
