The Marabou Diawl Bach is a variation of the traditional Diawl Bach nymph, designed to provide an extra level of movement and attraction through the use of marabou fibers. This fly is perfect for stillwater trout fishing, particularly in situations where a subtle, natural presentation is needed to entice fish feeding on midge pupae, snails, or small larvae.

Experiment with Retrieve Speed Based on Fish Behavior: If fish are feeding actively on larvae or midges near the surface, try a slightly quicker retrieve to simulate a struggling insect.
