Streamers Topwater

Description
Poppers, bangers, gurglers, and divers are a group of popular surface flies used in fly fishing, particularly for predatory species like bass, pike, and saltwater fish. These flies are designed to create distinctive sounds and movement on the surface of the water to attract fish. The key difference among them lies in the shape, action, and sound they produce.
Poppers are designed with a concave face that creates a "pop" sound when stripped or twitched across the water's surface. This loud, attention-grabbing sound imitates distressed prey, such as small fish or insects. Poppers are most effective in calm waters or during early morning or evening when fish are hunting near the surface.
Bangers are similar to poppers but often have a flatter face and produce a deeper, more pronounced "bang" sound when retrieved. They are ideal for attracting fish that are actively feeding and need a more substantial noise to trigger a strike.
Gurglers are unique in their design with a curved, usually foam, body that produces a subtle "gurgling" sound when retrieved. They are often used to mimic the movement of larger prey, like frogs or shrimp, making them effective for targeting fish in weedy or shallow areas.
Divers are surface flies that are designed to sink just below the water’s surface when stripped. They dive down, then pop back up, imitating prey attempting to escape. Divers are excellent for situations where fish are feeding just beneath the surface or when you're looking to create a dynamic surface presentation.
