Description
The Headstand – Created by Lance Egan. This fly is designed to get down quick and quietly. With the inverted hook and bead chain eyes, this pattern creates a silhouette that carp love. One of the first fly patterns designed specifically for Carp, this is a must have when sight fishing to Carp.
Pro Tip
Angle the beadchain eyes 1–2° forward before securing. This forces the fly to dig its nose into silt faster, kicking a tiny puff that signals feeding activity to carp.
