Description
The Miracle Midge created by Ed Marsh in the 1970’s, is an amazing little fly. The miracle is attributed to the body color which changes color once immersed in water. The fly is usually tied with a black thread underbody which lies beneath a white floss layer. When the fly gets wet, the overall color of the body will turn to a light gray. Pro Tip – On cold days fish them as slow as possible and very deep.
Pro Tip
Dropper Setup: Fish it as a dropper beneath a larger attractor fly, such as a Parachute Adams or Griffith’s Gnat, to cover multiple feeding zones effectively.
