Foam-X Hopper fly pattern - Attractor Patterns dry image

Description

This fly was created for the Arkansas River Valley specifically Bighorn Canyon from Salida to Parkdale for the summer fall season where tan and green grasshoppers thrive! These medium sized terrestrials are a prime food source for feeding fish anxiously waiting along the banks and boulders for a high protein meal.

The upright foam head keeps the fly centered on the water, similar with popular patterns like the Bionic Ant. No-slip loop knots at each eyelet ensures maximum natural drift for both your lead and bottom flies!

Pro Tip

No more clinch knots on the bend of a hook, use the extra large eyelet on Ezeyefly hooks to rig your dropper nymph through the eye of the hook instead.
