Description
The feather duster nymph was developed by Wally Eagle in the 1970’s. Created to imitate Callibaetis Mayfly nymphs during summer emergences. An all-around great fly. Use under an indicator or stripped in front of cruising trout, you can not go wrong with this pattern.
Curated by the IdentaFly fly fishing team.
Pro Tip
Suspend the Feather Duster Nymph below a strike indicator. Allow it to sink, then occasionally twitch the line to simulate the nymph emerging upward.
