When fishing the Baby Damsel, it's best to present the fly using a slow, steady retrieve that mimics the natural swimming motion of the nymphs. Try a gentle hand twist retrieve, which gives the fly subtle movement and allows it to rise slowly through the water column, replicating the nymphs' natural ascent to the surface

Put simply, this fly crushes. Wether under an indicator or stripped, this fly is sure to give some fish sore lips
