Description
Jun Kebari - Soft hackle wet fly with the hackle swept back or “Jun” in Japanese. Usually pheasant or partridge is used for the hackle.
Pro Tip
When fishing the Jun Kebari, focus on areas with overhanging vegetation or grassy banks where natural insects are likely to fall into the water. A dead drift presentation works well, but occasionally imparting slight twitches can simulate a struggling insect, enticing opportunistic trout.
