Description
The Two Bit Hooker, designed by renowned fly tyer Charlie Craven, is a heavily weighted nymph pattern featuring two tungsten beads—one positioned at the head and another concealed within the thorax. This innovative design enables the fly to sink rapidly, making it particularly effective in fast currents and deep pools. The pattern's slim profile and natural materials, such as mottled brown hen saddle fibers for the tail and Superfine dubbing for the thorax, allow it to imitate various mayfly nymphs, enhancing its versatility across different fishing conditions
Pro Tip
Use two of them in tandem to get down fast in the deepest pools or fast-moving water.
