Flashback Pheasant Tail Nymph

The Flashback Pheasant Tail Nymph, a modern twist on the classic Pheasant Tail Nymph originally designed by Frank Sawyer, incorporates a flashy wingcase to add visual appeal and trigger strikes from trout. This versatile pattern imitates mayfly nymphs, such as Pale Morning Duns, Blue-Winged Olives, or even smaller stoneflies. The addition of the flash wingcase makes it particularly effective in murky water or during bright conditions when trout are drawn to reflective materials.

This fly can be used for just about everything. Fished deep as a nymph of higher in the water column as an emerger it just continuously produces!!!
