Description

The Balanced Leech- Created by Jerry McBride of Spokane, Washington, in 2005, is a unique fly pattern designed to suspend the hook in a horizontal position. Particularly effective in still waters, this pattern mimics the movement of a real leech as it sinks horizontally to the bottom. The horizontal presentation of this pattern closely resembles the natural behavior of leeches. Keep several colors, black, white and olive.

Pro Tip

On windy days use this pattern, the waves will create amazing action. This pattern works well for Dragonfly & Damsel nymphs.
